Marine electronics manufacturer is seeking an experienced factory service manager. Receive, troubleshoot and repair marine electronic equipment. Manage the parts inventory and assist with shipping. Train dealers and distributors. Provide customer support over the phone. Other tasks and duties as assigned. Requirements: Solid knowledge of computers and networking Experience in repair of radar, GPS and sounders.
Knowledge of NMEA 0183 protocol a must (DO NOT APPLY IF DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS). Able to replace surface mount parts. Good customer service skills. Multitasking ability. Gyro and autopilot experience desirable
