Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of dairy products. The company has been in operation for more than 50 years and has over $1B of annual revenue.

Responsibilities
1) Lead development and implementation of quality programs
2) Oversee the mentoring, training and coaching of direct reports, indirect reports and Operations personnel
3) Collect, interpret data as well as issue reports of findings and trends
4) Maintain and enhance quality programs
5) Interact with customers
6) Develop overall plant QA program
7) Enhance quality/food safety programs
8) Ensure that outgoing products conform to established quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
9) Manage technical staff and effectively execute business plan objectives

Requirements
1) Degree (4 years)
2) Must have background in Milk / Butter / Cheese.
3) Must have experience in highly regulated environment of IMS, USDA and waste water control.
4) Management experience preferred.
