Our client is a manufacturer of upscale, all natural, individual desserts and is famous for quality products.

Responsibilities
1) Work with the Sales Team and develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets
2) Suggest to the management the necessary sales programs to achieve targets
3) Deal with brokers
4) Develop new market territories through distribution channels to promote products
5) Evaluate new market segments to develop sales strategies and marketing plans
6) Deliver sales presentations
7) Assess market and competitors' situation
8) Monitor accounts receivables and sales transactions
9) Prepare reports and budgets
10) Acquire new accounts

Requirements
1) Must have similar experience
2) 10+ years of strong sales experience in food industry (bakery preferred)
3) Experience managing large accounts and working with brokers
