POSITION GOAL


The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the management of the Pharmacy department, the dispensive functions for inpatient and outpatient prescriptions, and other programs sponsored by the Pharmacy Department.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS


Education: Graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education approved College of Pharmacy. Individuals having advanced pharmacy degrees and residency training are preferred.
Licensure or Bonding Requirements: Must be appropriately licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy.
Experience: Must have at least five (5) years progressive hospital pharmacy experience.
