Title: Director of Marketing
Location: Miami, FL
Type: Full Time
Compensation: DOE $120,000 - $155,000 year + benefits
As a Director, Marketing Communications, you will join this team of marketing and creative professionals to assist our clients and internal departments to provide:
Position Details:
• Management of online and offline marketing projects
• Strategic consultative services to clients on marketing strategy and promotional plans/collateral to increase production adoption and cardholder education
• Support of the company’s sales efforts by the: creation and management of corporate marketing plans by channel and line of business and creation of supporting sales materials which communicate the value proposition and competitive differentiators
• Provide ongoing marketing support through relationship management of key strategic partners
• Management of creative development and execution
• Content and creative updates to corporate website
• Creative copywriting to increase card adoption and cardholder education
• Management of cardholder research initiatives
Desired Skills:
• 8-10 years marketing communications or advertising experience, (agency experience a plus) working directly or indirectly in Banking, Retail Financial Services or Payments preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English or related area of study
• Client service and account management experience
• Strategic marketing/consumer campaign experience
• Consumer marketing experience including research surrounding products and services
• Creative copywriting experience for b2b and b2c campaigns
• Public relations writing and media management experience
• Experience working with various media (online, print, direct mail, etc.) with proven demonstration of results
• Knowledge of website content management tools
• Strong proficiency in MS Office software, specifically MS PowerPoint
• Proven experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Willingness to support the marketing team handling a variety of duties
