McGraw-Hill Higher Education (MHHE) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Administrative Sales Support Associate based in our St. Louis, MO office. The Regional Administrative Sales Support Associate supports sales representatives in the various disciplines for HSSL (Humanities, Social Sciences, and Languages) Company. This individual will perform various administrative duties providing internal/external support to help meet or exceed sales goals. Customer service is key to this position. THIS IS A PART-TIME (SEASONAL) POSITION. Essential responsibilities include: Handle comps from email requests/websites Create/pull together presentation kits for seminars/workshops Communicate passwords to instructors Update Internal Database: Office hours, email addresses, etc. Send Rollover Kits/Information on new revisions (electronically or postal) to current users Bookfairs: Assist with all aspects of a bookfair, sending titles, invitations, prizes, supplies/materials, etc. Creating Letters or Fliers for special situations Researching/Troubleshooting ISBNs, other division's product, supplement questions, etc. Request Blackboard and WebCT cartridges Help build sample Primis texts for instructors Research school websites for breaks, midterms, and final schedules Send informational emails to instructors on texts and technology updates, etc. Send any Marketing information to instructors to help close business. Associates Degree preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Self- motivation and good organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, must be technology savvy Able to work seasonal hours: 30 hours/week Approximately mid-January thru early May, and then mid-August thru late November.
