Our Sales Reps work under the supervision of Sales Management and WITHIN SPECIFIC QUOTA ATTAINMENT GUIDELINES. You will PRESENT OUR PRODUCTS and SERVICES in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER to FINAL DECISION MAKERS and END USERS within the prospect universe. PRESENTATIONS ARE TO BE HELD AT THE PROSPECT'S WORK SITE. You will PROSPECT FOR NEW CLIENTS and NEW REFERRAL SOURCES UTILIZING THE TELEPHONE, DIRECT MAIL, SEMINARS, CURRENT CLIENT VISITS, or other LOCAL MARKETING PROGRAMS directed by Sales management. Will be responsible for SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and VISITING POTENTIAL and CURRENT REFERRAL SOURCES TO SECURE REFERRALS TO END USERS.
You will ANALYZE THE CUSTOMER NEEDS and interests; determine which PRODUCTS are APPROPRIATE and REFER TO APPROPRIATE PARTY when necessary. Must be able to Expedite & Resolve CUSTOMER PROBLEMS/COMPLAINTS. You will COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ACCURATE NEW BUSINESS PAPERWORK, EXPENSE REPORTS and WEEKLY ACTIVITY REPORTS as agreed to the Sales Manager. MUST PROJECT a PROFESSIONAL & POSITIVE IMAGE at ALL TIMES. MAY BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE of GEOGRAPHICAL TERRITORY for purposes of ATTENDING CONFERENCE, TRAINING SESSIONS AND/OR AREA ZONE MEETINGS.
Requirements: Associates Degree (BA/BS in BUSINESS PREFERRED) with 2-5 YEARS RELEVANT SALES/MARKETING EXPERIENCE. MUST POSSESS and MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & MUST have either a LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH LICENSE in NJ or be HIGHLY experienced in B2B sales! Applicants must pass a test after completing our training program in NY.

We offer a highly competitive base salary (42K), aggressive commission structure, bi-weekly car allowance ($7500/year-NON taxable), full benefits package, and much more.
1st year potential 75K-85K total.
