A Child's Haven, Inc. is a Therapeutic Child Treatment Center, providing Therapeutic Behavioral Services to children ages 0-5 with developmental delays, behavioral concerns, and victims of abuse/neglect and their families.

JOB Openings:
Full time, 40 hours per week, competitive salary and benefits.

Lead Clinical Staff - classroom(LCS) - Provide therapeutic intervention to a caseload of children and families in compliance with SCDHHS-Medicaid Therapeutic Behavioral Services policies, DSS Child Care Regulations, and best practice. Intervention provided in a classroom setting and in the home.

Experience to include: client case management/home visitation, clinical documentation, working with diverse populations, working with young children and families, and group therapy.
Knowledge of: Quality standards, early childhood development, DSM-IV, parenting skills, behavioral management, community resources, child abuse/neglect prevention, assessment tools, logic models/outcomes measurements, and Medicaid.
Educational/Professional Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience working with children and families.
