Detailed Description:
Provide support for all aspects of production in the Epi area. The position requires a solid understanding of the principles involved in semiconductor wafer processing and a good working level knowledge of the equipment used in Epitaxial growth as well as the characterization equipment used to monitor this process. This position is responsible for maintaining the quality of the existing Epi product, and conducting investigations
into low yield and Epi process-related problems and new process development. The position requires the initiation and implementation of process and product changes that support yield improvement, quality improvement, new process introductions and cost reductions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Will work in conjunction with the Operations, Product Engineering, Maintenance and Quality management to address these specific areas:

1. Work with other Process Engineers and staff to support Epi production operation on a daily basis. This involves maintaining shop instructions, trouble-shooting production equipment, reporting of key area performance indices, and training key operators.
