Registered Nurse (RN) / Home Health and Hospice Chicago, ILChicagoland / 10 County area We are currently searching for a RN to provide case management and coordination of care for assigned home care and hospice client caseload for a well respected Illinois based home health and hospice organization. Our client employs a dedicated staff of professionals who are committed to enhancing each client s quality of life in an ethical, sensitive, and caring manner. Qualifications: Must be a graduate from accredited school of nursing with Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing. Must possess a minimum of two years nursing experience. Prefer at least one year of prior Home Health experience. Must have current Illinois licensure.
