Treasurer / Finance Director Portland, ORWe are looking for a Treasurer / Finance Director for a respected senior care organization based in the Portland, Oregon area. The chosen candidate will have a professional background inclusive of senior care and experience in purchasing including insurances, physical plant asset management, and general accounting. Primary responsibilities include: Coordinate and direct cash management, budget development, and debt financing, insurance, and procurement activities for the organization. Perform detailed financial analysis including reporting current position and forecasting outcomes. Identify divestiture and acquisition opportunities. Negotiate lease terms with landlords and interface with property representatives. Follow through with necessary interventions to ensure resident comfort and safety. Implement and manage capitol purchasing budget including preventative maintenance schedules and comprehensive program for equipment replacement on a routine basis. Establish purchasing methodology that optimizes budget, ensures proper supplier management, and maintains efficient, economical practices for all departments.Executive Search Solutions is a national healthcare recruitment firm.
