Lead and motivate an inside underwriting team to effectively support our Architects and Engineers E&O lines of business. Requires: 5+ years of professional liability underwriting; 2+ years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership skills with ability to foster team environment; excellent analytical, judgment and decision making skills; superior customer service and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of underwriting operations; CPCU, ARM or CRM course work or certification and computer skills & automation experience including proficiency with standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and Internet.
