Shall drive the continued development, profitability and growth of network of professional liabilityy insurance program administrators and manage program objectives, program creativity, program improvement and profit opportunities with combined loss ratio results.

Must have track record directing underwriting risk section and underwriting processes including developing underwriting staff.

Shall work closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Reinsurance, ProductManagement, Claims, IT and Legal functions forming recommendations for the strategic direction of the program lines of business.
