Located in beautiful Henderson, KY, we proudly serve as a distribution center for our exclusive online shop. We market and sell branded golf bags, gloves, headwear and accessories. Headquartered out of Carlsbad, CA, we are excited to be a part of a stable and growing industry. We are currently seeking a qualified Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team!

Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant

This position in will mainly support our Vendor Compliance Rep. as well as our 3 other staff members by performing various clerical and administrative responsibilities which will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Logistics operation. In this diverse role, no two days will be the same. We will rely on your strong organizational and clerical skills to perform the following:
• Conduct research order status and proof of delivery
• Email vendors
• Data entry into Excel
• Obtain invoice copies
• Filing
• Assist with special projects
• Labeling tags and catalog orders

Hours are 7:30 am – 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). A solid attention to detail and a general comfort level with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.) is required.

In addition, candidates must possess:
1-2 years minimum administrative work experience
Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
High school diploma or GED (associates degree or higher preferred)
