Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the SAP HCM Sr. Programmer Analyst include:
Participating in the definition, design, development, and implementation of software solutions to meet medium to complex problems and/or needs of client departments within client.
Coordinating or performing all programming activities, including program design, coding, testing, evaluation, and debugging so that the project development or maintenance work is completed within specifications.
Coordinating internal and external resources to diagnose and resolve problems within client's applications.
Coordinating technical reviews and testing of systems design and programming in order to ensure that software solution meets user requirements and operates efficiently.
Assisting junior team members in all areas related to programming by providing technical support, ensuring the development and programming standard are adhered to, and suggesting alternative methods and techniques to accomplish assigned programming tasks
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable; or equivalent business experience.

Qualifications:
2 - 4 years experience designing, constructing, implementing and supporting SAP HCM solutions.
Successfully coordinated groups of technical and business people in complex and technologically challenging ways.
Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into technical requirements, consider alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work on all phases of application systems analysis and programming activities.
Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server.
Extensive experience with HCM Infotypes and Payroll results.
Experience with the EP 6.0 portal environment.
Experience programming Smartforms, ALE, and Workflow objects.
Excellent communication skills.
