Case Management duties will include facilitating appropriate admissions, transfers, assessments and discharge with alternative placement as indicated for patients seeking care in our Emergency Department. The Case Management process will be accomplished through a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
CA RN, knowledge of current Peer Review Organization guidelines, Medicare, Medi-Cal, private and HMO insurance criteria. two years experience preferred. Educational requirements contained in this field supercede any educational requirements contained elsewhere in this job posting.
