Description Provide legal service and support to the company to ensure corporate compliance with established internal procedures and federal and state statutes and regulations. Strategize and provide comprehensive, analytical and responsive expertise to company personnel, primarily in the transfer of structured settlement payment rights area of operations.



Requirements

· Certified paralegal

· Minimum 2 years experience working in a legal setting with experience in drafting pleadings

· Experience reviewing statutes and regulations a plus

· Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access

· Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

· Must have strong commitment to customer service

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
