Description

• Responsible for the initiation, implementation, and completion in a timely manner of the following: Supervise Sr. Group Leaders, Group Leaders, Asst. Group Leaders, and Assembler Specialists.
• Manage the staffing of temporary employees in conjunction with outside temporary staffing agency.
• Select, train, assign, schedule, supervise, conduct performance appraisals of department personnel and discipline transfer and recommend terminations.
• Training and development of direct reports in the areas of problem solving methods, conflict management, print reading, etc.
• Monitor all operations to ensure continuity of production, minimal amount of downtime and waste, as well as full utilization of tools, machines, materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.
• 4-5 years working experience within manufacturing environment as a supervisor.
• Must be able to manage 75 + subordinates.
• High degree of motivation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft and ERP software
