The Vice President, Brokerage will manage the Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Brokerage Directors (RVP/RBD's) that are the wholesaling team and primary interface with Prudential Select Brokerage (PSB) General Agencies, Brokers and Institutional intermediaries. In addition, the individual will manage the development and execution of the sales and marketing plans for the Internal Wholesalers that support our RVP and RBD team.

One of the critical success factors for PSB's continued growth is to constantly improve the depth and quality of our wholesaling activities. The Vice President, Brokerage will be charged with the development and management of the tools and practices used by all of our wholesalers to ensure continuous improvement. The incumbent will work closely with our National Account Executives and Marketing teams to ensure that we are maximizing and optimizing Prudential's presence and overall value-add to the BGA's we support.

In addition to achieving sales plans and working as a team to increase our overall effectiveness, these positions will also be charged with continuing and bolstering our reputation as the strongest team in the area of regulatory and company compliance. The new VP will supervise all wholesaling activities in PSB and will ensure 100% compliance with all FINRA, 4228, all other regulatory and company guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record for developing, executing, managing and achieving sales plans.

- Able to demonstrate skillsets required for recruiting, training and developing staff that become part of the PSB Wholesaling teams.

- Capable of managing successfully the activities that will build and enhance wholesaling practices and that maximize Prudential’s value-add for all Brokerage General Agencies and Institutions.

- Strong relationship building skills and a focus on constantly improving key relationships with third party BGA and Institutional customers.

- Skilled at partnering and building strong relationships with home office and corporate functional areas that are relied upon for support for the wholesaling team.

- Expert with all regulatory and company guidelines that are to be followed by the team.

- Promotes behaviors and an environment where compliance and regulatory requirements are always in the forefront and are constantly met.

-Minimum of 10 years experience in the Life Insurance/Brokerage industry.

-Minimum of 5 years experience managing and achieving sales plan goals.

-Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Leadership role.

- Finra Series 6, 63 and 24 (Registered Principal).

- Position requires up to 75% travel.

- Office location is open (Pru location, stand-alone location or home office).
