Join John Deere--a proven business leader--and watch your potential grow.     At our Waterloo Works facility, John Deere's Ag & Turf - Tractor/Turf division is seeking a Supervisor of Inspection who will support accurate and timely programming of our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment and ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.         What It Takes   We need an excellent communicator who has a wide variety of CMM equipment experience.  Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or 3-5 years of experience in a lead inspection role with supervisory experience. In addition we require: Knowledge of CMM & Metrology programming Previous applications experience (i.e. statistical methods) Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology Previous applications and quality tools experience (i.e. Statistical Process Control, PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis.)   A strong candidate will have previous supervisory experience and background in manufacturing & production operations.    We offer a comprehensive relocation package to help you get started on your new career path.
