We are seeking an Associate to join our Accounting team. Responsibilities include: Entry of cash receipts, transfers, write-offs/ons, refunds, credits, debits, discounts, and denials. Print reports and reconcile with batches received. Distribute cash receipts journals to service offices. Maintain cash receipts journals in accounting office. Maintain control book for all cash receipts applied to accounts receivable. Demonstrate solid performance in key job dimensions/attributes. Presents a professional appearance. Maintains acceptable standards of attendance, punctuality, dependability, productivity. Protects the integrity and confidentiality of client and company files. Provide backup support for routine support questions. Participate in special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Draft and distribute professional correspondence and announcements. Uses good judgment and decision making on distribution. Learn various aspects of organization through technology training, hands-on learning, cross-training and site visits. Support the team (office and company) and provide back up as needed. Requirements: High School diploma (or equivalent). At least one year of related experience.Superior organizational, writing and communication abilities.
