Responsibilities:
• Supervise day to day production and directly monitor the quality of work in the lab
• Ensure completion of laboratory responsibilities and daily tasks
• Perform technical assignments and testing
• Supervision of technical staff and direct them
• Organization of proficiency testing and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
• Performance monitoring and evaluation
Requirements:
• Degree in Biomedical Science / Biotechnology or equivalent
• 3 -5 years experience working in hospitals / Central Lab
• Possess supervisory / leadership experience with capability to lead a team
• Proficient with working in hematology laboratory
• Able to communicate well and adept at multi-tasking
• Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only
