Challenges
You will be responsible for all aspects of clinic operations, for the Health Enrichment Centre and other Wellness services, and ensure consistent delivery of clinical and excellent service quality to patients. You will plan and manage staffing needs as well as focus on staff training and development. You will lead your team to deliver excellent service quality in line with the organisation’s quality service framework and initiatives. You will be expected to work closely with the Head of Departments, other specialists and clinical departments, to put in place processes which will ensure seamless and smooth delivery of care to patients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing/Post-basic Nursing qualification
• At least 3 years of experience as a Nursing Officer in a hospital environment; those with experience in patient education for chronic disease management will have an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Highly motivated with desire to build a strong team
