Seeking Manufacturing Manager for manufacturer of material handling systems and cooling and freezing systems for ice cream and other food manufacturers.

Oversee mechanical trades shop, including machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and powdercoat painting.

Plan and schedule work flow.

Handle OSHA and DEP compliance.

Plan and implement training programs for skilled trades employees and 1st linesupervisors.

Calculated manpower requirements and forecast overtime needs.
