Total P & L responsibility for machine manufacturing operation.

*** Managed all plant operations, including the design and development of more efficient production machinery.

*** Implement continuous improvement teams, utilizing six sigma and Kaizen techniques

*** Plant scheduling.

*** Streamline key processes including sourcing materials, designing building fabrication jigs, welding, sheet metal and machining.

*** Supervised all maintenance and engineering staff including management and technical employees.
