Lead 2 separate manufacturing facilities including a full service CNC and manual machine shop as well as a fabrication shop. Hands-on engineering responsibilities include reverse engineering, design and drafting, waterjet and brake press programming, as well as tool and die design.

Responsible for on time delivery, cost reduction, and quality of capital equipment and replacement parts. Plan production using MRP.

Maintaining quality system from design to final assembly.

Base salary to $110,000 and added incentives including full company paid family medical prescription & dental benefits program, life insurance, company matched 401(k), Savings Plan, 14 paid holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation.
