Fast paced catering department of country club has an opening for a full time catering assistant.
We are seeking a detailed oriented person to work in our busy catering office.

Duties:
-Answering telephones and communicating with potential and existing clients
-Meeting and Greeting clients and visitors
-Preparing marketing packages
-Preparing letters and spreadsheets
-Interacting with the club's Catering computer systems
-Performing general clerical duties including faxing, mailings and filing
-Working weekends and holidays

Skills:
-Must be fluently Bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Be computer savvy and have working knowledge of
both Microsoft Word and Excel
-Outgoing personality a plus
