We are seeking a full-time leasing specialist for our properties in Minneapolis.

Duties:
-Responsible for all aspects of leasing, resident retention and renewal processes.
-We are searching for outgoing, dynamic personalities who enjoy the sales process: greet clients, build rapport, questions to identify needs, describe features and benefits, overcome objections, and close the sale and follow-up with clients.
-Organized and detailed oriented person.
-The position involves running credit reports, preparing lease contracts, walking the property to maintain good curb appeal, inspecting vacant apartments to ensure market readiness and outreach marketing.
-Help management with notifications etc

Skills:
Position requires:
-Extensive public contact, excellent communication, customer service, sales skills and ability to multi-task.
-Candidate must be willing to work weekends.
-A background in leasing / sales / customer service and computer experience a must.
-Professional image with 1+ year’s leasing experience required.
-Bi-lingual Spanish/English.
