Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Agriculture Equipment (Job # 497)
Killarney, MB

We are looking for a few mechanics who have experience servicing various types of large and small agricultural equipment such as sprayers, combines, harvesters, planters, seeders, and various types of tractors used for farming. You must have a Farm Equipment or a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic License (Journeyman Certificate) or be a qualified 3rd or 4th year Apprentice with experience on these types of machines. Responsibilities include: Inspect, service, and maintenance of various large & small agricultural equipment in a fast paced environment. You will also be required to assist customers and diagnose any related problems with the equipment in the shop or in the field. Those experienced with John Deere, Case IH or New Holland Farm Equipment will be given preference. Must have a positive attitude and ambition to progress within the company. Must have own tools and be able & willing to work overtime when needed.
A competitive wage is offered, with journeymen starting at $24.00 - $30.00 /hr DOE + excellent benefits after 3 months probation, overtime available in busy season, coveralls provided. Training and development program is included to keep you up-to-date with the latest technology.
This will be a day shift from Monday - Friday.
