Recruitment Manager

(Salary to $9,500 p.m. tax free plus benefits)

He / she will play a fundamental role in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, provide leadership and guidance, develop, recommend, and implement strategies to integrate recruitment and selection, and ensure that activities are aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and business strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources from North America or Western Europe and documents experience in medical, nursing and allied health recruitment.
