We are currently recruiting for a Director, Billing to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing the day-to-day operations of the billing and order management functions while improving overall effectiveness and efficiency of processes through performance management and delivery against key metrics.

Responsibilities / Requirements
* Oversees the order management functions including contract clearance, order entry, and completion of SOX procedures
* Oversees the billing functions including all contract and recurring billing preparation and distribution, credit memo issuance and completion of SOX procedures
* Leads the development and rollout of improvement projects including, but not limited to, process improvement for order processing and billing execution.
* Serves as focal point for implementing improvements in customer satisfaction by reducing errors and unnecessary complexity in contracts and billing
* Acts as the escalation point for all order management and billing related issues including issues, questions and disputes.
* Ensures compliance with budget limits, performance management processes and metric achievement of the teams
* Identifies and implements enhanced procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the group's processes and controls.
* Serves as lead for system rollouts in the billing and order management areas
* Enforces compliance with standard accounting systems and procedures.
* Represents the group within the wider business by interacting with Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, Collections, and Commissions Teams.
* Maintains and improves related systems and processes.
* Is responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports, including tracking sheets and A3s.
* Evaluates internal control systems; recommends and implements necessary improvements.
* Supports financial statement audits.
* Creates other reports as needed to monitor financial and operational benchmarks.
