RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Sales Executive/Professional with a minimum of 5 years in professional services sales with 10-15 years of overall sales experience
* Must have experience selling to the Retail or CPG or Logistics industries
* IT services/solution sales preferred
* Global Delivery Model/offshore experience – required to collaborate and deliver results working with team members located remotely
* Retail or CPG or Logistics consulting delivery leadership experience a plus
* Sales Management experience
* Consistent track record of overachievement against quota
* Ability to conduct industry and customer analysis identifying pain points
* Person must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with CXOs of leading organizations preferably Fortune 500
* Work closely with the Head of Sales and Engagement Management to create a focused market strategy
* Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects
* Knowledge of value chain- ability to get market value for our services.
* Ability to define specific solutions within abstract environment
* 50% travel required
* MBA or equivalent preferred
