Primary Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify viable enterprise level prospects in your territory focusing on 2000 employee companies and above

* Build a healthy opportunity pipeline by scheduling face-to-face meetings
* Manage the entire sales process via needs analysis, presentations/demonstrations, proposal negotiations and closing deals
* Exceed your monthly sales quota
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a top sales performer with experience in selling to human resource professionals and wants to build a client base in an untapped territory by offering an innovative Internet recruiting solution to large-size organizations.
Desirable experience

* Five plus years of B2B experience in technology, media, internet services or similar industry experience
Large company sales experience (to learn best practices) but also should have some early stage company experience
* Enjoys a consultative sales approach
* Experience selling in to HR (Applicant tracking, SaaS, staffing, ect.)
* Previously employed at Hotjobs, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice

Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Compensation
The compensation package offers a competitive base salary, and an aggressive commission/bonus program.
