Responsible for performing various complex activities related to business analysis and/or modeling in the portfolio management and analytics team.

Duties may include:
Reviewing and analyzing trends on the full credit cycle from acqusition, collection and portfolio performance as well as loss forecasting. Segmenting and monitoring various credit, deposit and other product groups, vintages, concentration limits, etc. and making recommendations to management based on those trends. Assisting in the production of monthly Credit Risk Committee executive reports and producing other performance reports for senior management. Performing more complex analysis and/or modeling that maximizes profits and/or asset growth and minimizes credit and/or operating losses and other risk exposures. Producing performance monitoring and benchmarks regarding growth, mix, delinquency, losses and overall profitability and performance. May develop more complex programming models to extract data and/or manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling.

Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years experienced in data analysis, business strategy analytics and loss forecasting as well as credit policies and customer acquisition strategies
* Strong presentation skills and ease of operating across functional areas
* Proven track record of success in one or more roles above
* Excellent programming (SAS and/or SQL) and management skills

Preferred Skills
* Experience in consumer finance industry
* Ability to work on multiple projects and attention to details and timeline
* A bachelor's degree in a related discipline
* Quantitative background in Math, Finance and/or Engineering is recommended
