Position Purpose
The Regional Sales Director (Southeast) is responsible to drive new strategic account growth and customer retention.
The Manager is also responsible to provide overall sales support for the entire Regional sales team, i.e., KPI and metrics support; customer contact and intervention; training and development.
Major Accountabilities
* Seeks out, finds and wins new business focusing new and sustainable revenue
* Negotiates and secures favourable terms for in the deals
* Recruit high calibre sales executives using nominated recruitment methodology
* Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with target Accounts utilizing multi-level representation and high involvement in customer liaison
* Provides leadership, motivation, coaching and support to the sales team on sales processes in acquiring new customers, proposals, negotiation, major deals, in order to build the regional sales capability
* Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business
* As a member of the Sales Management Team, contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies and directions.
* Ensure all local OHSE&Q requirements, policies and procedures are being met and adhered to.
Qualifications
* A track record of high performance in running Sales Teams in the Southeast!

Must have
8
years in Sales Management Experience leading sales teams!
* Experience in consultative selling and key account management processes is desirable
* Experience in activity based sales processes is desirable
* BS/BA Degree required / MBA Degree desired
