Over 6,000 physicians and 1,000 hospitals rely on our client to mange their revenue cycle and expedite payment from insurance companies', managed-care providers and other payment sources. Their revenue management systems produces an immediate and drastic impact for healthcare providers enabling them to “GET PAID” quicker than ever before possible, until now.
They are led by a “blue-chip” management team that helped create this industry not just the company. Revenues are in the 40 million ( ) range and they have been growing consistently for the past 12 ( ) years. Top line revenues have doubled over the past (3) years. They are seeking a proven sales athlete in your area with a successful background selling to physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Position Description:
The winning candidate will be responsible for new business development from a blend of new and existing accounts. The territory quota is 1.2 million per year and includes software, professional services, maintenance, and training. The comp plan is uncapped and the on-target 1st year earning is in 200K ( ) range. Average rep earned over 200K in 2004. Base comp is negotiable contingent on relevant contacts and experience.
You will be supported by a devoted and proven inside sales rep to augment your own lead generation efforts, and a dedicated pre-sales engineer to handle your technical demonstration and implementations. Most importantly you will be selling solutions that offer a “real time” ROI with a value proposition that is not fuzzy. Your sales efforts will be enhanced by an aggressive marketing campaign that has a track record of producing qualified leads. Combine all of this with a long list of referenceable accounts and you have the right recipe for sales success and a “solid” W-2 for the right candidate.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess the following essential requirements:
* College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
* At least 5 ( ) of successful experience selling to physicians and/or hospitals
* A through understanding of the healthcare provider/payer continuum
* Stable job history is preferred, along with a verifiable history of exceeding quota goals
* Strategic sales orientation and a boardroom presence
* Knowledge of competitive and/or similar products.
* Ability to translate business problems into valid business opportunities.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills
* Ability to orchestrate a team selling process that includes corporate technical resources and sales engineers
* Winning, attitude, evidenced by a high energy level, enthusiasm, and passion for success.
