High impact role responsible for providing financial and strategic business for the Capital Markets Mortgage business. The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for working closely with senior management in the Global Markets Mortgage business, advising on integrating business and financial management processes and providing financial reporting for senior management.

Key Job Responsibilities:
*Maintain financial integrity and credibility across line of business
*Provide financial leadership and support and serve as the financial spokesperson for all Global Markets Mortgage products
*Understand and effect change across the entire line business.
*Serve as strategic partner and actively work with lines of business executives to grow the business
*Integrate across other LOBs and Global Markets and their finance teams
*Recruit, coach and retain strong talent on finance team

Qualifications
Work Experience:
* Ability to Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting and Operations organizations, specifically related to the Global Markets- Mortgage Securities space
* Strong Financial Services experience and deep structured product knowledge including residential and mortgage securities, derivatives (vanilla and exotic) and loans
*Experience with Special Purpose Vehicle and Conduits and associate GAAP policies
* CFO or Senior Financial Leadership role in a Financial Organization, 3-5 years specifically at Director level and 12-15 years product finance experience

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Ability:
*Strategic and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and client engagement skills; an individual who can drive vision and execution with a large, diverse, matrixed organization
*Ability to build partnerships across LOBs
*Deep and broad business acumen
Education Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree required, major in Accounting/Finance preferred
*MBA and/or CPA preferred
