A highly visible, Senior Leadership Sales Manager at a leading banking institution in CT is now available! This is an excellent opportunity to gain high-level exposure in a position with outstanding earnings potential.


OPPORTUNITY
:
As the Regional Banking Sales Manager, you will provide support to 8 or more Financial Advisors ensuring client satisfaction through direct client contact, daily interaction with staff while adhering to firm and regulatory standards. The position is responsible for executing the business plan, and looking for opportunities to grow the territory and enhance productivity. Responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring and assisting in the training of the Financial Advisors while maintaining relationships with the Bank's Business Partners. This position will require travel between the CT Shoreline and Fairfield County.

Keys to this role will be:
* Sales Production: Meeting and/or exceeding territory goals, identifying opportunities, acquiring new business and expand customer base.
* Collaboration: Partnering with internal bank partners to uncover sales opportunities and potential business customers.
* Staff Development: Successfully recruiting, retaining and mentoring a group of Financial Advisors. Work one on one to develop strengths and improve weaknesses.
* Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients and successfully manage relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
: Must have demonstrated success in selling investment products within a banking environment. The ideal candidate has excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organizational, decision making and leadership ability. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience. Bachelors Degree in Finance and proven ability to recruit and effectively partner is a must. The Regional Sales Manager must have their Series 7, Series 24 and insurance license.
NASD, 63, 65 preferred.
