Partner, Business Development Lead

A small entrepreneurial Agency is looking for a Partner who is an experienced marketing professional that has experience leading the new business charge. This entrepreneurial Agency is poised for tremendous growth because of their network of marketing solutions and the people behind them. We are looking for someone who has the strategic mind, moxie, and complete understanding of how to run an agency, bring in new business, and lead a campaign.

Job Specifications
• Help develop and lead new business initiatives for the agency
• Work with management team to identify key target companies
• Stay current with new business opportunities
• Provide organization and analytical expertise to new business process
• Increase new business opportunities by selling the agency's capabilities to potential clients
• Develop and maintain new client relationships
• Manage day-to-day operations of the new business process
• Lead business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost

Requirements
• 3 years of experience at a marketing services firm, consultant agency, or client company
• 3 years of experience leading agency new business efforts
• Knowledge and contacts in quality client companies
• Experience assisting/leading direct strategic marketing and digital teams
• Sourcing RFP opportunities
Compensation: 120K-200K , DOE
