Responsibilities:
* Overseeand manage all aspects of planned giving program throughcultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospectivedonors
* Achievesignificant program and revenue growth of the current $3.5m planned givingprogram by increasing both the number of planned giving donors and thesize of planned gifts

Qualifications:
* B.A./B.S.and graduate/professional degree (MBA or law degree) preferred
* Atleast seven years of planned giving or comparable experience with expertisein planned giving vehicles, estate planning and financial reporting andtax implications of various planned giving products
* Excellentwriting, strong organizational, relationship-building and interpersonalskills
* Abilityto take initiative/work independently and also part of a team
