area is looking for a Growth and Business Development Manager. The Growth & Business Development Manager will work to identify, prioritize, quantify and develop growth opportunities within an assigned business
Position Overview
Specifically, the Growth & Business Development Manager will:
* Work with the business team to perform market research, voice of customer, technology and IP assessment, industry and competitive research, value chain analysis, financial analysis and build vs. buy analysis
* Develop a strategic growth framework and specific growth projects including budgets and project plans
* Drive execution of the project plans
* Track spending, important metrics, achievement of milestones and return on investment As specific growth projects are executed, the candidates may have the opportunity to lead new segment P&Ls.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Sound business judgment and strong financial acumen
* Highly developed analytical, modeling and decision-making skills
* Strong research and strategy development capabilities
* Detail oriented, strong tracking, follow up and follow through
* Clear communicator
* Focused on customer and market input
* 3 to 10 years of experience with a top investment banking, private equity or strategy and business development consulting firm
* Capability and interest in senior financial or P&L leadership career
