Responsible for Long Range Strike (LRS) enterprise execution of program processes. Responsibilities include: program expert on the Enterprise Management System (EMS), associated processes, documentation, templates, boards, and training materials. Responsible for the integration activities to include guidance to all IPTs ensuring the use of the EMS and enterprise processes. Collaborate with the customer as a member of the EMS Working Group to ensure understanding and compliance with the joint processes. Provide guidance to projects on EMS requirements and criteria. Establish partnership with the customer to position future requirements supporting the EMS. Collaborate across corporate sectors as needed to coordinate opportunities and teaming as the program representative on the Sector Program Management Community of Practice (PMCoP). Provide information from the PMCoP to the LRS enterprise including plans for deployment concerning initiatives, tools, and processes. Participate as the program expert on the Risk and Opportunity Users Group. Manage and update the LRS Risk Plan collaborating with the customer to ensure compliance with the Common Enterprise Risk Plan. Review and participate in all Enterprise Response Center Briefings to ensure all enterprise concerns are addressed and resolved. This position will assist others within the organization in program management understanding and execution to established procedures and processes. Prepare and brief project status to leadership as required. Prepare action items, closure plans and risks as needed in support of the program.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent with 10 years related experience in program or technical management positions; Masters and 8 years. Must have excellent communications and people skills and a demonstrated track record of building high performing multidisciplinary teams. Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain SAR required. Must be able to travel approximately 20% of the time.Preferred Qualifications: LRS experience and program execution understanding an asset. Security Clearance Required.
