DESCRIPTION:Duties include all types of plumbing, installation, and repair of small to medium size residential/industrial/commercial projects. Fabricates, assembles, services, maintains, installs and tests all types of plumbing systems including water, glycol, drainage, high pressure inert gasses, natural gas and compressed air, according to specifications and current plumbing codes and regulations. Analyzes blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and drawings to determine fabrication specifications and labor estimates. Must be willing to assist other trades, as workload requires. SKILLS: Must work independently to troubleshoot systems, perform component failure analysis, determine repair and/or installation costs, and prepare Bill of Materials with associated cost estimates. Strong focus on system safety and understanding of applicable OSHA requirements. EXPERIENCE: This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. Some hands-on residential/industrial/commercial plumbing/pipe fitting experience preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to think independently. May be required to drive company vehicles so must have, and maintain, a valid driver's license and provide a current copy of driving record. Once hired, will take a physical examination. Other duties will be determined.
