Area Vice President of Business Development *
This position will be responsible for the selection, training, development, coaching, and mentoring of our Account Executives and Account Managers in the assigned region. The position will assist with establishing new accounts, maintaining current business relationships, assisting with the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing business plans. The position will be held accountable to budgeted sales objectives and will support day-to-day operations. Assigned region includes Western PA and Western NY.

Requirements:

* The qualified candidate must have formal sales training with at least two years of health care sales experience.
* Proven management and strategic planning experience is required for multiple sites and Full Time Employees for a minimum of two years.
* Supervisory skills / experience are essential for success in this position.
* Must have the ability to work in a team-based environment.
* Degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
* Must demonstrate excellent oral / written communication skills.
* Candidate must have principal residence in the area that is centrally located to this territory.
* Extensive overnight travel may be required.
