The main responsibilities for HRO Business Development Lead include: Work closely with VP and CEO in implementing the companys strategic plan for growth and development of service offerings. To oversee HRO development of business potential in various verticals and to pitch for new business To undertake building of new service offerings and presales activities Identify and develop alternate streams of revenue generations including alliances and partnerships.
Who we are looking for :
The qualified HRO Business Development Lead will have the following: Previous experience selling HRO services (domestic and offshore) Should be able to demonstrate relationship and consultative selling skills and manage the entire HRO sales process (sales generation, customer interaction; presentation; client interaction, sales closure; negotiation and account management) Excellent skills in negotiation, contracts, forecasting and strategic planning in a business environment Excellent analytical skills to capture customers requirements and relate to organizations solutions
