Job Description;

New York Based Financial Company is seeking a seasoned Controller. Position will be responsible for budgets, variance analysis, monthly reporting, staff oversight, and other relevant day to day accounting. Must have MRI & YARDI experience. Compensation will include base plus bonus potential.

Candidate will be responsible for all day to day accounting including;
* Budgets
* Variance analysis
* Monthly reporting G/L
* Liaison with property management team
* Overseeing assistant controller, staff accountant
* A/P & A/R
All Candidates Must Have;

* commercial & residential experience
* MRI & or YARDI
