Ph.D. Clinical Director needed for Nevada behavioral healthcare hospital. The Clinical Director directly supervises all clinical staff. The Clinical Director provides indirect supervision over front office support staff and medical records department personnel. The Clinical Director interacts with all staff. S/he also interacts with all contract therapists both on-site and off-site in relation to authorizations for services. Education: Ph.D. in counseling or psychology. State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A minimum of five 5 years of counseling experience is required. In addition, at least two 2 years of experience as a clinical supervisor is required. The salary is negotiable based on education and experience.
