A well-known, established fortune 100 company has a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Corporate Customer Contact Manager. Top candidates should possess an excellent track record and be well seasoned in managing the development, implementation, review and evaluation of all Customer Contact operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Manage comprehensive programs of all corporate customer contact service operations for both domestic and international services.
* Establish revenue goals and cost targets for contact center operations. Establish goals that ensure contact center operational activities meet revenue satisfaction requirements of the organization.
* Manage the reporting and analysis of customer data to advance organizational goals and objectives. Identify and implement new operational processes and policy changes as needed.
* Lead development, interpretation, and guidance for all programs and policies regarding national contact center initiatives.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of successful leadership in a multi-function contact center environment including financial and service level management responsibility for an operation.
* Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop strong and influential relationships with internal and external customers.
* Proven statistical and business acumen for data analysis and interpretation; experienced in identifying and articulating key operational metrics for decision support and business justification.
* Demonstrated operational experience including data and operational analysis, utilization management and problem solving with a record of achieving operational goals.
* Advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.
