We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager
who will lead all new product development activities. This individual should have experience dealing with Asian suppliers and have a background in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications / Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Experience dealing with Asian suppliers
* Strong new product development experience
* Background with industrial components (such as valves, plumbing, and pumps)
* 5 to 15 years of relevant experience
* Background in improving assembly processes
Essential Responsibilities:
* Lead all new product development activities
* Drive innovation at the company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
* Interface with quality, suppliers, and internal manufacturing to ensure flawless new product development launches
Compensation:
* Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience
