DescriptionPrivate Client Manager II is a primary point of contact and service provider for existing HNW client relationships. A PCM ensures the timeliness and quality of client service delivery and is accountable for client satisfaction, relationship expansion through cross selling and retention. A PCM will have Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. A PCM II may manage clients with more complex needs than a PCM I.

Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience managing HNW clients. Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses required (or Series 7 and 66). Unlicensed candidates will be considered if willing to obtain licensing within 120 days. Job band may change depending on experience of candidate. Demonstrated verbal/written/presentation communication skills and ability to work and contribute in a team environment. Depth of knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: credit, fiduciary, specialized asset management, depository services.
